Cabbage Rose

At Cabbage Rose we love to support and encourage new, and established, local Artists, Designers and Makers. We stock a wide variety of unique items which have been created locally, including pictures, prints, jewellery, ceramics, glass, and clothing. Additionally, we sell quirky and fun ideas for gifts alongside craft items, and craft kits.

The shop is based in a lovely old town centre printers workshop, set over three floors. We have three individual workshop spaces, providing a broad and varied range of art and craft based workshop opportunities for all ages and ability. We also cater for adult and children’s parties with plenty of great craft ideas to choose from.

Saturday mornings are the time for our fun Krafty Kids drop in sessions, and as well as our weekly pre-school craft workshops, we also run craft activities through all the school holidays.
