With over 2 years experience of working in this specific field and over 7 years in the fitness and medical fitness industry both in the UK and USA, working with clients from all over the world Steph is going to be offering courses on a one to one basis focussing entirely on your child's needs, strengths and weaknesses. Steph will work with your child each session to ensure that by strengthening and balancing their body, building confidence and pushing hard but working together anything will be possible! During her time at MP Fitness(Walk this Way) Steph has worked with well over 200 children and gained vast knowledge and experience in relation to Cerebral Palsy and SDR, this coupled with her previous experience in the fitness industry and working with children has led to the development of our courses - focussing on a balance of strength work, ambulation work and confidence building.
