There are three types of classes available. LinguaKids (Key Stage 1) LinguaTots (1yr - pre-school) and LinguaBubs (3months - 1yr approx)

There are two preschool classes available, LinguaBubs and LinguaTots, and these have been designed to provide your child with learning opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Scheme. The EYFS states 7 core learning principles which have been incorporated into the Bond Lingua classes.

• Communication and language development involves giving children
opportunities to experience a rich language environment. At Bond Lingua we employ a communicative approach to language learning giving children every oppportunity to interact with their parents and classmates through song, rhymes and conversation.

• Physical development involves providing opportunities for young
children to be active and interactive. Many of our songs are combined with actions and rhythmic movements to enable this development.

• Personal, social and emotional development involves helping
children to develop a positive sense of themselves, and others. Bond Lingua encourages teamwork and participation of both children and adults to create a positive learning environment.

• Literacy development involves encouraging children to link sounds
and letters and to begin to read and write. We use flashcards of key words and sounds to enhance literacy connections and provide worksheets parents' can use at home for further practice.

• Mathematics involves providing children with opportunities to develop
and improve their skills in counting, understanding and using numbers. Many of the Bond Lingua songs provide opportunities for children to use and practise their counting skills in all languages.

• Understanding the world involves guiding children to make sense of
their physical world and their community, finding out about people and places. The international aspect of Bond Lingua introduces children to the differences and similarities of the cultures in the songs and rhymes.

• Expressive arts and design involves enabling children to explore and
play through a variety of activities in art, music, movement and dance. Bond Lingua establishes and encourages creativity and self expression in all of their sessions.
