Bernadette's holistic therapies at Vanity

I've been a holistic therapist for more than 12 years and this wonderful therapeutic lifestyle has led me to treat many lovely people that either need to de-stress, have complex health needs, want to get their skin glowing or simply recognise its their time to relax and enjoy! I offer reflexology treatments and have studied VRT which is a great add on reflexology treatment if people cannot lie flat or need a quick boost when short of time. Reflexology is also a great support for women trying to conceive,pregnant & during the menopause. My experience within a Fertility clinic where massage was also extremely important has furthered my knowledge of complementary therapies at this time. I am experienced in Deep tissue/hot stones/swedish massage and pre and post natal and facials. I have enjoyed the versatility of being a freelance therapist from working in 5* spa's, country osteopathy clinics, my own salon and in peoples own homes. If I'm not available here as much as you would like I'm sorry I am based in a few more locations, thats what keeps me on my toes!
