Bennetts Quality Meats

We have always sourced top quality meats from within the UK and have retained membership of the Guild of Q Butchers for the past 27 years where rigorous standards of Hygiene and Quality have to be maintained to ensure annual membership.
Beef is sourced from both Scotland and Yorkshire with the majority coming from five farms around the Wishaw area of Scotland. Having personally visited the farms and met the farmers you can be assured this beef is produced with a passion for the quality and welfare of the finished product.
Our Free Range Pork is produced in Yorkshire by Award Winning Anna's Happy Trotters. This pork is used to make our Gold Award Winning Dry Cured Bacon in four flavours and our own range of National Award Winning Sausages and Burgers.
Lamb is sourced from Scotland and the Yorkshire Dales as the season permits.
Local English Chicken is stocked with a full range of cuts used to produce a vast range of Gold Award winning kitchen ready products. Seasonal free range Turkeys, Ducks and Geese are also available.
Our Hot Counter serves daily from 8am until 4pm with a full range of hot and cold sandwiches. Bacon/Sausages available early morning to hot roasts for lunch. Home made Curry, Chilli, with jackets or rice, Potato Pie or try our Steak and Onion or griddled Chicken Breast muffins or any of our award winning range of Burgers.
