Beastmode is for everyone. It is a badman workout, to make you feel accomplished on a Monday night, so no matter what happened over the weekend, you will always start your week a fresh. At BeastMode, we will have you working hard because you want to. It is a full body work out, with focus on abs, arms, thighs and the lower leg. Each exercise has been designed to be adapted according to your own ability, but don't forget- If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you! If you want to be part of a community of people who want to get fit, and have fun doing so, then come and join us! After the work-out, there will then be the option (although not compulsory!) to accompany us as we go for a slow 4 mile jog around Canterbury, before we head back for a stretch out and say farwell until next time it's time to turn BeastMode on :-) Message us on here or email us - Beastmode
