A combined 30 years’ experience covers the full spectrum of residential development; from large development sites through to the creation of new individual living spaces for your home.
Husband and wife team, Andrew and Claire both worked for the family multidisciplinary design practice of John R Paley Associates (www.jrpassoc.co.uk ) in West Yorkshire, before relocating to West Hill, near Ottery St Mary. Strong family links are maintained with a cooperative and collaborative working relationship on many projects, along with a sharing of knowledge, experience and resources.
The team has delivered numerous successful projects for a wide range of clients; from volume builders and developers, landowners and Charitable Trusts, through to individual home owners.
