Our bread is baked daily in our bakery by our artisan bakers. All of our breads are handmade and given time to prove properly producing a healthy, tasty loaf. We do not use any additives or improvers in our bread. Our bread is natural, wholesome and tasty. Sourdough is our speciality/

Our sourdough is given time to develop and this helps to produce it’s delicious taste. A starter is produced by feeding our leaven with flour and water. The starter is allowed to develop for 12 hours or more. The starter is then mixed with flour, water and salt and the dough allowed to prove for 3 hours or more. The dough is then shaped into loaves and given a further 3 hour prove before being baked. Time is an essential ingredient in our delicious sourdough!

Our bread is available for sale at the front of the shop but often sells out early.
