Bamboo Yoga

Bamboo yoga studio is a fully equipped studio in Arnold which offers inclusive, fun classes, to strengthen the body, the mind and the breath as well as increasing flexibility and a good range of motion in all the joints of the body. all postures can be modified to take into account injuries and every class includes some deep core work to keep those abdominals strong and the back safe, as well as 5 minutes relaxation at the end of each class. we offer classes at the following venues and tailor made one to ones as well, subject to availability.
