PAYMENT
We accept payment via our Sapphire Ridge Branded Business Bank Account or our Verified Paypal Account. Both methods provide a record of the transaction and do not require you to give us any of your personal or bank details so you can feel safe in shopping online.
Please note that we do not accept payment via postage or cheque.

POSTAGE
Fees are subject to change based upon courier prices. Please see the photo descriptions of each piece of art in our photo albums for the postage details. We do combine postage to the fee of the biggest item you are ordering, in most cases this is £4 via 3-5 day courier service. Dispatch is usually between 24-72hrs dependent upon how busy we are and the order size. Recorded Delivery is available on request at additional fee. Postage is free on catalogue orders over £40. Large custom orders are always sent out via Recorded Delivery and are charged as per courier price.

REVIEWS
Being a small business we benefit a great deal from customer photos and recommendations posted on our page. It generates new orders which keep us in business so we welcome customers who wish to do this and by way of thanks we try to offer freebies or money off their next order.

RETURNS
All products are made to order therefore are considered 'custom' so we do not accept returns however should your item arrive with a manufacturer fault please send us a photo and details of the damage and we will send out a replacement free of charge. Any items which arrive damaged due to courier fault will be claimed through the courier and replacement may be subject to their delay. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by customer fitting (after backing has been removed). We recommend that vinyl products are ordered relative to when they are required. We do not recommend long term storage before application due to temperature and time having effects on the application tape's adhesion performance.

DISCOUNTS
Along side promotions we also do some permanent discounts schemes. Students can receive 10% off all catalogue items- just send a scanned image of your current photographic student ID to our inbox along with your order (picture must be relevant to your screen name / a profile picture). All Active and Retired Military, Police, Fire & Ambulance Crew receive 40% off our catalogue items again with valid photographic ID sent over (sensitive data can be blacked out).

We are pleased to say that we do provide products free or low-fee to charitable organisations within the UK Community. Please feel free to message us with your charity number and request and we will endeavour to assist you. Please note that we do have a limit to how much we can afford to donate as we are a small business so please accept our apologies if we cannot help as we receive many requests.
