Arena Gym

The Arena Gym has been established for over 25 years and it has something for everyone, from the absolute novice to the experienced weights user.

No membership is required and the admission prices are among the best in Essex.

The gym has a wide range of cardio machines, free weights and resistance machines and there are always friendly instructors ready to help and advise you.

The staff will be more than happy to give the new user a complete induction and help devise a suitable program for them. Concessions are available for those that qualify.

Unlike other gyms there is no joining fee, no induction fee and there are qualified staff to help you for free.
