We set out to do things better that our competition and to ensure we moved to a new way of installing and maintaining phone systems – we know it as “The Approved Way”.

When we are entrusted by the customer to supply or maintain a phone system we ensure all elements are Approved. Your account manager must be Approved and will only discuss systems which are Approved. The engineers will always be Approved and our maintenance is Approved.

Approved Maintenance is radically different from the “old way”. We will visit you each and every year and will do any changes you need free of charge during this visit; if we cannot fix your phone system remotely we will NOT charge you for a visit. This is “The Approved Way”.
