In August of 2007, Apex Estate Agents was established at 3 Market Street Aberdare and since this time the company has enjoyed great success in the local sales market, despite very challenging conditions.

Soon after start up, Apex Estates was joined by its sister companies Apex Surveyors and Apex Lettings to complete the APEX family. The group has firmly become established in the Cynon Valley and unlike our competitors is able to offer a comprehensive service in all property related matters.

Apex are able to offer fully independent financial advice and have close links with local conveyancing companies.
