Tony has a background as a skilled advocate in the higher courts, having spent many years in the CPS and Emma is originally from Co. Mayo, Ireland and is dual qualified to practice in Ireland or England. We therefore have knowledge of the Irish tax laws and issues surrounding double taxation upon inheriting property there.
