I am a qualified Personal Trainer with a passion for lifting weights, building strong bodies and most of all building confidence.
I have been through the process of fad diets, un-informed training, excessive cardio with no results, however strength training and powerlifting have become my life and my passion, and I want to bring this to the masses to inspire other people to be the best they can possible be.
I am also a competitive Powerlifter and 4 Welsh Jnr records, came 3rd at the British Champs, have competed on the Welsh Powerlifting Team and won the WPC European Champs (Jnr -67.5kg cat) in June 2016!
