Opera singers Yvette Bonner and James Cleverton have had a personal and professional affinity with Aldeburgh, Snape and the surrounding area for over 20 years.
Earlier this year they realised a dream to purchase a property in Aldeburgh to be used by themselves, friends and family as a seaside getaway as well as a sometime holiday let.

The 2 quiet bedrooms both have kingsize beds, one of which can be separated into twin beds for a family stay.
The private courtyard garden is a delightful spot for morning coffee or afternoon tea, with a separate BBQ area for meal times!
Serendipity is a minute's walk from the High Street, with its tea shops, boutiques and restaurants and two minutes from the seafront.
Free unlimited parking is to be found behind the property on the Terrace, with access down some steps via West Lane.
