Group classes are available throughout the week at the AKA gym located at the Lord Roberts Centre in Bisley.

Personal training in an effective way and convenient way, time wise of achieving your goals.
Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2000, I have worked both in a gym environment and as a freelance trainer. Whether you are interested in home training or want to train in the AKA studio, I am available to create a programme tailored to your needs.
Whilst being focussed on martial arts, my main interest is in corrective exercise and functional training looking at body anatomy and physiology.

• Amateur Boxing Association Boxing Tutor
• National Academy of Sports Medicine Qualification
• Concept 2 Rowing Instructor
• David Lloyd’s weight management instructor
• British Muay Thai Association (BMTA) Muay Thai Instructor
• Premier Training Qualification including personal trainer, gym instructor, circuits instructor, massage therapist, nutrition therapist
