Aerofunk Dance and Fitness

aerofunk is an owner managed dance and fitness studio which offers fitness and dance classes to everybody of all levels. Exercise doesn't have to be boring, we make it fun while producing great results.
I have worked in and around Braintree for 16 years but opened up my own studio in 2010.
I offer a wide range of fitness classes as well as kids street dance classes from the age of 3 years old.
Whether you are looking to lose weight or simply get fit then aerofunk is the place to go!
My classes are designed to be fun and always have a friendly atmosphere and ideal for people to socialise whilst keeping fit and without committing to a gym membership.
