to complete the service, we can provide catering, bar service, candy cart, candy floss, DJ, chair covers, celebration cakes too.

All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit (Minimum £5) at time of booking, and all balances must be paid in full 2 weeks before your event.

If you are booking less than 2 weeks before your event, the total amount must be paid at time of booking

All faults must be reported within 24hours of collection/delivery, replacement or repair is solely at the discretion of the management.

We are constantly expanding & changing both our ranges and our suppliers and as such our prices are subject to change, the price given to you at time of booking & paying the deposit is the price you will pay.

if your event is cancelled you will lose your deposit & any monies paid out by us to buy any items needed for your event. we may, under certain circumstances, refund your balance to you or allow you to use the balance of your event (amount paid minus the deposit) on other items within a specified timeframe, but this is at the discretion of the management
