We position chefs who have been fully vetted and referenced and have nationwide coverage. With over 40 years of combined experience Ashley and Nicola have elite knowledge in the catering industry.

Ashley
Having begun his catering profession at the tender age of 14, Ashley went on to attend Barnfield Catering College. This was the foundation for a full and successful career ranging from accredited restaurants, gastro pubs and 5 star hotels where he achieved rosettes, bibs and red stars.

In addition he has also spent many years on the freelance scene enjoying a lot of varied and rewarding positions enabling him to keep ahead of this ever changing industry. Ashley gained further experience at the Vancouver Winter Olympics which also allowed him to enjoy his passion for snowboarding.
Nicola
With many years’ experience in sales and hospitality, Nicola fully understands the logistics of the catering industry. Having previously used many recruitment companies in the past to staff her business she appreciates the need for client and chef compatibility.

In such a competitive market where consistency is key there can be no compromise when it comes to customer satisfaction. She continually focuses on researching business trends on a practical level by dining out and meeting other industry professionals.
