We exercise many treatment approaches to ensure you get the best possible care. We utilise a bio-psychosocial holistic approach.The current evidence base is showing us that there is much more to injury and rehabilitation than just a plain and simple orthopaedic approach (click and you are better), and we are pleased to see that the public are keen to invest time and hard earned money into getting better completely rather than a very short term quick fix that may only last a few days, and becomes an ongoing unresolved issue. We utilise many modalities of treatment appropriate to the condition, injury and individual, and can do this all in the comfort of your own home. The treatments we use are:

What is your catchment area?

Currently we are seeing clients from Brighton to Bexhill along the coast, and as far as Heathfield/Crowborough in land. We are aiming to expand this in the near future. If you are around those areas, please contact as we may be able to accommodate short deviances from the areas stated above.
